But don't let it be the wrong type of fuel. Make simple decisions like eating a salad rather than french fries from Mcdonalds. Or as simple as getting grilled chicken rather than crispy. Deep fried foods are a definite no-no. Now I'm not suggesting that you cut out unhealthy snacks completely, that would be hypicritical and crazy of me, because I too, love my chocolate. But eating less sugary snacks and filling your body with fruit and vegetables are what makes for a strong body. And lastly, physical fitness. Instead of sitting and watching the comercials in between your favorite TV show, do some sit-ups, or push-ups! Go for a little jog every once in a while. Believe me, your body will thank you, and you will start to feel better than ever! You will have more energy, less blemishes, and you will simply feel better.
